The centerpiece for our 2024 season will be the presentation of a new work by Monica Houghton, commissioned by the Toiyabe Chamber Music Society to celebrate our new name. This composition will feature Dustin Budish, viola, Aaron Hill, Oboe, and Emily Barnes. harp. TCMS String Chamber Music Workshop will take place on August 10 & 11, and August 17 & 18 at the University of Nevada, Reno. It is open to intermediate and advanced players of violin, viola, cello or bass of all ages, with particular focus on school age musicians.
